For the lunch we tried a south american wine from Chile. It came from Colchagua. It’s Cabernet Sauvignon and it tastes like red fruit and mild vanilla. Alc:13%. Can be enjoyed with pizza, meat and pasta. Cheers.
We are playing a lot of italian cards. Games like briscola, chi fa meno… Italian playing cards consist a deck of 40 cards. The suits are denari, spade, coppe and bastoni. Each suit contains an ace, numbers two through to seven and three face cards.
Today we had some wild boar venison for lunch. Good meal needs good wine. So we try italian wine Colombello rosso (red wine), a fresh and mild wine which is perfect for any moment during the day. Alc:11% . As I wrote is very mild and strange taste. Cheers.
Today’s partner for lunch is Shiraz Cabernet from Forest Hill in Australia. It’s bottled at Jindalee Estate. With a rich aroma of berry fruits the Shiraz-Cabernet can be enjoyed with grilled meat and chesse. Serve at 18°C. Alc: 13,5%. Glass of wine a day, keeps the doctor away. Cheers.
