We had salmon for dinner today. Like we know good fish is better with some delicious white wine, so we found Grasevina wine from Fericanci, Croatia in our celler. Year: 2008. I must say I’m very satisfied with the taste. No acid and gently pulling on sweet, very drinkable, balanced flavors of acacia. Well structured, quite harmonious body, variety is the white grape that is most widespread in the Croatian mainland and in Slavonia. I think that is east side of Croatia.

Serve at a temperature of 8-12 ° C with white meat dishes and precious freshwater fish. It is almost irreplaceable wine in every festive occasion. Alc: 12,6%. Cheers.
