I wrote about wine Teran before. So this time we tried selected Teran from village Brestovica near Komen in Slovenija. It’s heavy red wine from Carso. Year: 2009. Alc:12,18%.
Today for lunch we tried Italian wine from Veneto – Casal Borghese Cabernet. Wine is a vivid ruby red color. Visually appealing and characteristic odor, with a long aftertaste. Grassy flavor, harmonious, with hints of wild berries. Wine is a good fit to all the dishes, especially all red meat, grilled meat and matured cheese. Serve at 16 ° -18 ° C. Alc: 12%. Cheers.
