The other day we ate venison, salami and medallions. We tried the prosciutto of bear, deer and wild boar. The chef suggested a red wine from Vipava Kosovel wine from Crnice. Is red wine blend of melot 80% and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. Wine is very fresh, very fruity flavor and gives you the feeling that eating grapes. Fine wines Quercus have been named by Dob oak (Quercus robur), a typical tree in Brda. Cabernet Sauvignon Quercus is structurally and harmonious wine, deep ruby red color of a purple hue. Varietal and delicious scent reminiscent of blackcurrant, green pepper, cedar and mint. The taste is very fruity and fresh. Year: 2008. Alc 13% vol. Cheers.
It’s been a while since I wrote about wines. So we go again with gods nectar. Toscana Rosso. Wine with protected geographical indication. Year: 2009. This reflects the character of red wine of Tuscany, warm, rich and colorful landscape. With its characteristic ruby red color, ripe fruit aroma and soft taste is visibly given to dishes of pasta, meat dishes and cheese. Serve at 17 ° C. Cheers.
