Last time my friend opend the best wine from his cellar for his birthday. Zlatan plavac from the island of Hvar, Croatia in Adriatic sea. Year: 2002. Wine of plavac small. The wineyards are in the zone where there are no industries. Treatmant of grapevines is all manual. They do not use the fertilizer or syntetic herbicides. Yield per vine is 0,5 kg. The wine matures in in oak barrels. It is held in basements at 70 meters below ground level at 12°C. Alc:15%. Ecologically pure wine – grand cru. I must admit, this wine is made for gods. Cheers.
